What is the delivery time for my order?

We ship all orders within 24 hours (business days). Standard delivery times are:

  • Metropolitan France: 2-3 business days
  • European Union: 4-7 business days
  • Other destinations: 7-14 business days

A tracking number is automatically sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order in two ways:

  1. Via the shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking link
  2. By logging into your customer account and accessing the "My Orders" section

If you have not received a confirmation email or if you are having trouble tracking your package, feel free to contact us.

What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are calculated as follows:

  • Free shipping for any order of 3 items or more
  • Free shipping for any order over €99
  • Standard shipping costs: €6.90 for orders under €99 and less than 3 items

Exact shipping costs are always displayed when validating your cart, before payment.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union as well as to other countries. Shipping costs for international destinations are calculated based on weight and destination.

For deliveries outside the EU, please note that customs fees or local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

How do I place a professional order with VAT exemption?

For professional orders with VAT exemption (intra-Community deliveries), please follow these steps:

  1. Create a professional account on our site
  2. Enter your valid intra-Community VAT number
  3. Proceed with your order normally

The system will automatically verify the validity of your VAT number and apply the exemption if applicable. An invoice without VAT will then be issued to you.

For large or specific orders, feel free to contact us directly for a personalized quote.

Which cables should I choose for my Pylontech batteries?

For Pylontech batteries (US2000, US3000, US5000), we recommend:

  • For vertically stacked batteries: 0.45m parallel cables with authentic Amphenol connectors
  • For batteries placed side by side: 1m parallel cables with authentic Amphenol connectors
  • For special configurations: 2m parallel cables with authentic Amphenol connectors

All our cables are made with high-purity tinned copper in 25mm² (4 AWG) cross-section to ensure optimal conductivity and reduce overheating risks.

Are your cables compatible with BYD batteries?

Yes, our parallel cables are perfectly compatible with BYD batteries, including Premium HVS/HVM models. The Amphenol connectors we use are identical to the original ones on BYD batteries.

For BYD batteries, we generally recommend:

  • Our 1m parallel cables for standard installations
  • Our 2m parallel cables for configurations with distant batteries

Note that BYD batteries also require a CAN communication cable for the BMS, which we also offer in our catalog.

What is the difference between your cables and generic cables?

Our cables differ from generic cables in several critical aspects:

  • Authentic connectors: We exclusively use original Amphenol SURLOK Plus Radsok connectors, identical to those supplied by battery manufacturers. Generic connectors may have compatibility issues and overheating risks.
  • Appropriate cross-section: Our cables are 25mm² (4 AWG), the optimal cross-section for modern battery systems. Many generic cables use smaller cross-sections, which can lead to voltage drops and performance losses.
  • High-purity tinned copper: Our cables contain high-quality tinned copper for maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance, unlike some generic cables that use lower-quality alloys.
  • Premium insulation: Our cable insulation is designed to withstand high temperatures, oils and chemicals, ensuring superior durability.

Choosing lower quality cables may seem economical in the short term, but can lead to performance, safety and durability issues in the long term.

What is the maximum current capacity of your cables?

Our 25mm² (4 AWG) parallel cables have a maximum current capacity of 120A in continuous use under normal installation conditions.

This capacity is more than sufficient for paralleling modern lithium batteries like Pylontech, BYD and Goodwe, which typically operate with currents well below this limit.

For applications requiring higher currents, we also offer custom cables in 35mm² or 50mm² cross-sections on request. Feel free to contact us for a personalized quote.

Are the Amphenol connectors really authentic?

Yes, we exclusively use authentic Amphenol SURLOK Plus Radsok connectors, sourced directly from Amphenol or its authorized distributors.

We can provide certificates of authenticity and batch numbers for our connectors upon request. The quality and authenticity of our components are our top priority, as we know they are essential for the safety and reliability of your installation.

Counterfeit connectors can present serious risks, including:

  • Hot spots and fire risks
  • Significant voltage drops
  • Poor electrical contact
  • Premature wear

How do I properly install Pylontech batteries in parallel?

Installing Pylontech batteries in parallel should follow these main steps:

  1. Preparation: Ensure all batteries are turned off and have a similar charge level.
  2. DIP parameter configuration: Correctly set the address of each battery (according to the Pylontech manual).
  3. Communication cable connection: Connect Link 0 and Link 1 ports between batteries in a daisy chain.
  4. Parallel power cable connection: Connect positive terminals together and negative terminals together using our dedicated parallel cables.
  5. Inverter connection: Connect only the master battery to the inverter or charge controller.
  6. Commissioning: Activate batteries from furthest to closest to the inverter, then start the inverter.

Which length of parallel cables should I choose?

The ideal length depends on your configuration:

  • 0.45m cables: Perfect for batteries stacked vertically on top of each other.
  • 1m cables: Ideal for batteries placed side by side or in an L-configuration.
  • 2m cables: Recommended for installations where batteries are further apart, such as in RVs or installations distributed across different spaces.

Always allow a little extra length in your cables to facilitate installation and avoid putting cables under tension, which could damage connectors over time.

How do I connect BYD batteries in parallel?

Connecting BYD batteries in parallel follows a process similar to Pylontech, with some important differences:

  1. Addressing: Unlike Pylontech, the main (master) BYD battery must be configured with address 1 (not 0).
  2. Communication cable: BYD uses a specific CAN Bus communication cable, different from standard Pylontech RJ45.
  3. Startup order: First activate the main battery (address 1), then secondary batteries in ascending address order.

Can I parallel batteries of different brands?

No, it is strongly discouraged to parallel batteries of different brands or technologies.

Modern lithium batteries like Pylontech, BYD and Goodwe incorporate sophisticated management systems (BMS) that communicate with each other. Mixing different brands will prevent this communication and could cause:

  • Charge/discharge imbalances
  • Premature battery degradation
  • System malfunctions
  • Significant safety risks

Always use identical batteries (same brand, same model, same capacity) for your parallel installations.

How do I know if my cables are properly installed?

To verify that your parallel cables are properly installed, check the following points:

  1. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and locked. You should hear a "click" when inserting Amphenol connectors.
  2. Verify cables respect polarities: red/orange for positive, black/blue for negative.
  3. Measure voltage at battery terminals with a multimeter to confirm they are properly connected.
  4. Check that LEDs on all batteries indicate normal operation after commissioning.
  5. After a few hours of operation, ensure no connector is abnormally heating up (which would indicate poor contact).

How do I create a customer account?

Creating an account on our site is simple and quick:

  1. Click on "My Account" at the top right of any page
  2. Select "Create an Account"
  3. Fill out the form with your personal information
  4. Validate your email address by clicking on the link in the confirmation email

A customer account allows you to track your orders, access your purchase history, manage your addresses and benefit from a simplified ordering process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept several secure payment methods:

All payments are secured by SSL encryption. We never store your payment information on our servers.

How do I get an invoice for my order?

A PDF invoice is automatically generated for each order. You can access it in three ways:

  1. In the order confirmation email you receive after your purchase
  2. In your customer area, "My Orders" section
  3. By contacting our customer service if you cannot retrieve it

For professionals with a valid intra-Community VAT number, an invoice without VAT is automatically generated.

How do I change my password or personal information?

To change your personal information or password:

  1. Log in to your customer account
  2. Click on "My Account" at the top right
  3. Select "My Personal Information" to modify your details
  4. To change your password, click on "Change My Password"

If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset your access.

Returns & Warranties

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is as follows:

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of error on our part or defective product
  • Refund is made within 14 days after receipt and verification of returned products

To initiate a return, log in to your customer account and follow the instructions in the "My Orders" section, or contact our customer service.

What warranty do you offer on your products?

All our products benefit from a 2-year commercial warranty against any manufacturing defect. This warranty covers:

  • Material or manufacturing defects
  • Electrical malfunctions not related to improper use
  • Connector problems under normal use conditions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use or installation
  • Normal wear
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or electrical surges
  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons

For professional customers, we also offer warranty extensions upon request.

How do I make a warranty claim?

If you experience a problem with a product under warranty, here is the procedure to follow:

  1. Contact our customer service by email or phone, precisely describing the problem encountered
  2. If possible, attach photos of the defective product and your purchase invoice
  3. Our technical team will analyze your request and contact you within 48 business hours
  4. If the warranty applies, we will indicate the return and replacement procedure

For defective products covered by warranty, return and re-shipment costs are covered by our company.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, follow these steps:

  1. Check the condition of the package upon receipt, if possible in the presence of the delivery person
  2. Take photos of the packaging and the damaged product
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  4. Provide your order number, problem description and photos

We will quickly arrange a product replacement or refund according to your preference, at no additional cost to you.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a 30-day "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product in its original condition within 30 days and we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

This guarantee applies to all our standard products, except custom cables and special orders that are manufactured to your specifications.
