2. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the ParallelCables.com website, subject to availability. Product photographs are not contractual. The descriptions, dimensions and characteristics of the products are those provided by the manufacturers and suppliers. ParallelCables.com strives to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the site. However, we reserve the right to modify product characteristics without notice.

3. Prices

The prices shown on the site are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) in euros. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the product price.

ParallelCables.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.

The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, which are charged separately and indicated before order validation.

4. Orders

Customers wishing to purchase a product must:

• Fill in the identification form or provide their customer number if they have one
• Complete the order form with all references of the selected products
• Validate their order after verification
• Make payment under the conditions provided
• Confirm their order and payment

Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and acknowledgment of full knowledge thereof.

All data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.

5. Availability

Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, subject to availability. In case of product unavailability after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon ordering. Payments will be made by credit card or PayPal; they will be made through the secure system which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that transmitted information is encrypted by software and no third party can access it during network transport.

At no time does ParallelCables.com have knowledge of the information that the customer communicates to it. ParallelCables.com does not store it on its servers. This is why they are requested again for each new transaction on its site.

The customer's account will be debited when the order is shipped or at the latest within 7 days from the order date. In case of split deliveries, only shipped products are debited.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form.

Delivery times are given for information only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the customer refunded.

ParallelCables.com may provide the customer with the tracking number of their package by email. The customer is delivered at home by their postman or by a carrier depending on the weight and dimensions of the package.

In case of delivery by a carrier, ParallelCables.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due exclusively to customer unavailability after several appointment proposals.

Risks related to transport are borne by the buyer from the moment the items leave ParallelCables.com premises. The buyer must check, in the presence of the Post Office representative or the delivery person, the condition of the merchandise packaging and its contents upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from the delivery date of their order to return any item that does not suit them and request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs which remain their responsibility.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete, allowing them to be resold in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the purchased product(s) and shipping costs will be refunded; return costs remaining the customer's responsibility.

9. Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All claims, exchange or refund requests must be made by mail to the following address: [ADDRESS] or by email at [EMAIL] within 30 days from the delivery date.

Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with all elements (accessories, packaging, instructions...). Shipping costs will be refunded based on the invoiced rate and return costs will be refunded upon presentation of supporting documents.

10. Liability

The products offered comply with current French legislation. ParallelCables.com's liability cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to verify with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.

Furthermore, ParallelCables.com cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Finally, ParallelCables.com's liability cannot be engaged for all inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet, including a service interruption, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the ParallelCables.com site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of ParallelCables.com. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or audio. Any simple link or hyperlink is strictly prohibited without express written agreement from ParallelCables.com.

ParallelCables.com reserves the right to collect nominative information and personal data concerning you. They are necessary for managing your order, as well as improving the services and information we send you.

They may also be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for executing services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.

13. Archiving - Proof

ParallelCables.com will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code.

ParallelCables.com's computerized records will be considered by all concerned parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

14. Mediation

In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 611-1 to L. 616-3 of the Consumer Code, the consumer is informed that they may use a consumer mediator under the conditions provided for in title I of book VI of the Consumer Code.
