1. Shipping

At ParallelCables.com, we strive to offer you fast and reliable delivery service. Here is the essential information about our shipping services:

2. Delivery Times

We process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Any order placed before 2:00 PM is generally shipped the same day (subject to product availability).

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metropolitan France: 2-4 business days after shipment
• European Union: 3-5 business days after shipment
• Other destinations: 5-10 business days after shipment

These times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers and exceptional circumstances. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order, its destination and the chosen delivery method.

Free shipping for:

• Any order over €99
• Any order containing 3 items or more

Standard shipping costs:

• Metropolitan France: €5.99
• European Union: from €8.99
• Other destinations: upon request

The exact shipping costs will always be indicated before you confirm your order.

4. Carriers

Our main delivery partners are:

• Colissimo
• Chronopost
• DPD
• DHL (for international shipments)

The choice of carrier is determined based on the destination, package weight and selected delivery method.

5. Receiving Your Order

When receiving your package, we recommend that you:

• Check the external condition of the package before signing the delivery receipt
• In case of visible damage, note specific reservations on the delivery receipt
• Open the package and check its contents in the presence of the delivery person if possible
• Report any anomaly to us within 48 hours of receipt

If your package is damaged or shows obvious signs of deterioration, you may refuse it. In this case, please inform us immediately at contact@parallelcables.com.

6. Absence During Delivery

In case of absence during delivery:

• A delivery notice will generally be left by the carrier
• Follow the instructions on the notice to arrange a new delivery or pick up your package at a relay point
• If the package is not claimed within the timeframe indicated by the carrier, it will be returned to us

In case of return due to non-collection, reshipping costs will be at your expense.

7. Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused products in their original packaging.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement. You can use:

• An email to contact@parallelcables.com
• A postal letter to our address

The date you send your notification will be valid for compliance with the 14-day deadline.

9. Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service to announce your return and obtain a return number (RMA)
2. Carefully pack the products in their original packaging
3. Include the completed return form or a note indicating your order number and reason for return
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service
5. Keep the proof of deposit until your return is validated

10. Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned products must:

• Be in their original condition, unused
• Be complete (accessories, instructions, etc.)
• Be in their original undamaged packaging
• Be accompanied by the invoice or delivery note

Damaged, incomplete, used products or those with damaged packaging will not be accepted.

11. Return Costs

Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the following cases:

• Product defective upon receipt
• Delivery error (product not matching the order)
• Product damaged during transport

In these exceptional cases, contact our customer service before any return to obtain a prepaid return label.

12. Refunds

After receiving and verifying your return, we will proceed with the refund as follows:

• Refund of the price of the returned product(s)
• Refund of initial shipping costs (only for a complete return and at the most economical standard rate)

The refund will be made using the same payment method used during purchase, unless specifically agreed otherwise, within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of your return.

13. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective or non-conforming product:

1. Immediately contact our customer service with photos of the problem
2. Do not use the product
3. Keep all packaging elements

We will arrange the return at our expense and, according to your preference:

• Product replacement (subject to availability)
• Full refund of the product and shipping costs

14. Warranties

All our products benefit from:

• Legal warranty of conformity (24 months)
• Warranty against hidden defects

Some products may also benefit from an additional manufacturer's commercial warranty, the conditions of which are specified on the product page.
